- Do I need to book in advance?
- Not mandatory, but highly recommended. Online booking secures your spot in the desired time slot and lets you skip the on-site wait.
- What is the minimum age?
- No age limit! From toddlers to grandparents, everyone is welcome. Every age group has its own area.
- What should I bring?
- Comfortable sportswear and a good mood! Trampoline socks (non-slip) are mandatory! Bring your own or buy them at reception.
- Are the attractions safe?
- Absolutely, provided the house rules and safety regulations are observed. All our equipment meets the latest official safety standards. Our trained animators continuously supervise the courts.
- Is there a café and parking?
- Yes, both. A premium café and Café & Lounge zone, with free parking in the Auchan car park.
- How do I book a birthday party?
- Advance booking is required — on the Birthday page or by email. Group enquiry email: info@skylandpark.hu.
- When does my trampoline session start?
- Trampoline sessions start on the hour, so your ticket is valid from the next full hour. Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes earlier: that leaves time for check-in, changing and your locker. The first ~10 minutes of the 60-minute session are a mandatory safety video and a warm-up led by one of our staff — everyone has to take part, it is the condition of jumping safely.
